2024 new rental apartments were completed in the Finnoo area in Espoo. Luoteisrinne 13 is located in the new ecological district of Finnoo, the center of which is around the metro station. When completed, the maritime-inspired area will become a district of 17,000 residents, whose tall buildings create a unique milieu. Finnoo is being built in an energy-efficient manner and the district aims to be a pioneer in sustainable urban construction.

The transport connections from the area are excellent, as it takes just a few minutes to drive to Länsiväylä and is convenient to travel by metro. Finnoo also focuses on smooth cycling connections and green bike paths. Parking spaces are located in the adjacent parking garage. The price of a parking space is 55 euros per month, heating electricity is billed separately. There are a few disabled spaces in the yard, which cost 25 euros per month. Ask the sales representative about available parking spaces.

The area will have comprehensive services, and two comprehensive schools and several daycare centers are planned to make everyday life easier for families with children. The services in the Matinkylä, Espoonlahti and Merituulentie areas are a few minutes’ drive away. Just over two kilometers away is the Iso Omena shopping center, where you can find almost everything you need. The unique nature of the Finnoo area offers a wonderful setting for outdoor activities. The seashore is within walking distance and you can take trips to the city’s outdoor islands on archipelago ships.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
