New right-of-occupancy apartments are being built in the northern part of Verkkosaari, Kalasatama, Helsinki. Kalasatamankatu 29 consists of two 7-storey apartment buildings, which will have a total of 66 right-of-occupancy apartments. The buildings will offer housing options for different life situations, for people living alone, in pairs or even for larger families. The apartments are studios, two-room apartments, three-room apartments and four-room apartments.

All apartments have either a balcony or terrace. The balconies are located on the street side and are glazed. The apartments on the top floor have their own terraces, which also face the street.

Versatile common areas will be completed for residents’ use, such as a laundry room and drying rooms, as well as outdoor equipment storage. A multi-purpose room and a house sauna with terraces and stunning views will be completed on the 7th floor. Each apartment will have its own storage room. The Redi shopping center with its diverse services and the metro station are quickly accessible, and public transport by metro and bus works well in many directions. It is also easy to get around by bike and on foot. There is a comprehensive school and a kindergarten in the area. The adjacent Mustikkamaa recreation area is accessible via the Isoisänsilta bridge, which offers lovely nature trails, jogging trails and swimming beaches for the area’s residents.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
