The port of Vesijärvi is located less than 20 minutes on foot and about 10 minutes by bike.

In the summer, the sports center has an in-ground swimming pool, and in the winter, it offers numerous high-quality ski slopes. The Radiomäki sports field and Salpauselka’s outdoor terrains are also located right next to the area.

It’s only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach in Mytäjäis. Various activities for families with children can be found in Perhepuisto, which is about a 15-minute walk away.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
