Oikotie 11 is a new, comfortable five-story apartment building project, which will have a total of 40 right-of-occupancy apartments. This project will be completed in Turku’s quiet and central Raunistula residential area in approximately November 2025 and offers versatile living options for different life situations.

The distribution of apartments covers compact studios (29.0 m² – 34.5 m²), two-room apartments (40.5 m² – 52.5 m²) and spacious three-room apartments (63.5 m² – 67.5 m²).

The apartments have modern equipment and a comfortable interior. Light-toned laminate floors and white-painted walls create a bright and fresh look. The kitchens are equipped with white laminate-surfaced furniture, a fridge-freezer, a built-in oven and a ceramic hob. There is space for a dishwasher in the kitchen. Each apartment has its own spacious glazed balcony, which brings additional space and light. Some balconies also have full glazing. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
