Right-of-occupancy apartments are being built in the new idyllic residential area of Tampere’s Epilänharju with lake views. The eight-story apartment building will be built along the recreation and green area of the Tohlop beach track that comes to the beach. The building has 34 apartments and the estimated completion date is 10/2025. The apartments are two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms of different sizes, as well as a spacious four-bedroom. The material choices are stylish and can be combined with many different tastes. The floors have laminates and the washrooms are tiled and have underfloor heating.
