The apartment has a clear and spacious floor plan. The living room and kitchen are located on the courtyard side, which brings tranquility to the living area. The bedrooms are spacious and are located on the Pappilantie side. There is plenty of storage space in the hallway and bedrooms.

The kitchen has a refrigerator-freezer and a floor-standing stove with oven. There is space for a microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious and equipped for disabled people. Blinds provide privacy to the apartment and a glazed balcony adds to the comfort of living.

A rental property for the elderly and special groups

The apartments at Pappilantie 5 are intended for the elderly and special groups. A statement from a doctor or other expert must be attached to the application documents for the apartments.

There is a group home on the 1st floor of building D, whose care services are provided by Rinnekodit. The 2nd floor of the building is intended for supported living. The basement floor houses the sauna department, storage rooms, and a laundry and drying facilities serving both buildings.

The basement floor of building C has a sauna department and storage rooms. The basement floor provides access to the laundry room located on the D side.

All balconies in building C are glazed. The apartments on the 2nd floor of building D have a so-called French balcony.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
