If requested, tax information for 2024 (pre-filled tax return) and salary/benefit information for the last 12 months must be submitted as an attachment to the application. Applicants’ credit information will be checked. The apartment can be offered to the person who submitted their application and after receiving an offer, the apartment can be viewed.

Reception of the apartment according to agreement. If necessary, two parking spaces with heating plugs can be rented for this apartment.

Information about the property where the apartment is located

The apartment building completed in 2012 is located in the popular and renewing area of Peree, near Pyhäjärvi, which has good access by car and public transport. There are plenty of sports and outdoor activities nearby, as well as the terrains of Vähäjärvi. It is four kilometers to the center of Pirkkala and six kilometers to the center of Tampere. Nearby is the versatile shopping center of Partola, where you can find plenty of services, including grocery stores and a shopping center. The apartments have a laminate floor, tiled bathroom and sauna, and some have a balcony. The house has apartment-specific warm movable storage, as well as a common outdoor equipment storage and a children’s play area in the yard.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
