Our public rental building Bjarnenkuja 13 is located in the western part of Pajala, right next to the green park area of Westermarck. The five-story apartment building has a total of 49 rental apartments. Residents can use outdoor equipment storage, stroller storage, drying rooms and a house sauna. In addition, each apartment has its own storage room.

The renovated Pajala next to the center of Järvenpää is an ideal residential area for those who appreciate urban living and proximity to services. The old industrial area has been given a modern but cozy look with new apartment buildings and a cozy park area.

All services are within walking distance. The area has a kindergarten, primary and secondary school, upper secondary school and vocational college. Grocery stores and health services are nearby, as is the center of Järvenpää with its services. The train station, which is within walking distance, takes about half an hour to reach the center of Helsinki. The bus station is also within walking distance.

For sports enthusiasts, Pajala has a swimming pool with a gym, a sports hall and an ice rink. You can jog or ski on the fitness track that starts next to the swimming pool. Järvenpää House, the art museum and the library are also located nearby.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
