Flöitti Diana kuja 4’s rental apartments are located in the Kalasatama area, in the seaside Sompasaari. Sompasaari offers a great setting for urban living in the vicinity of the sea and nature, a few kilometers from the core center. The metro station and Redi shopping center are within walking distance. Neighboring Mustikkamaa offers wonderful nature trails, jogging landscapes and swimming beaches for the residents of the area.

Flöitti Diana kuja 4 is a 4-8-story apartment building with 42 rental apartments. The sizes of the apartments vary from 39 m² two-room apartments to 95 m² four-room apartments. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
