Syväkiventie 6’s 61 rental apartments are located near the Kivistö train station. The apartments in the 7-storey building are two-room apartments, three-room apartments and four-room apartments.

The house is centrally located right next to Kivistö’s services and the train station. Children, young people, adults as well as the elderly enjoy being close to services and nature in Kivisto. The location along the Ring Road, near major traffic routes, makes it easier to get to work and hobbies. By train, you can conveniently reach, for example, the center of Helsinki, Tikkurila, as well as the airport. The train journey to the airport takes less than ten minutes, to Tikkurila in about quarter of an hour and to the center of Helsinki in about half an hour.

A short walk away is the Aurinkokivi service center, which has an elementary and middle school, a daycare center, a counseling center, a music college and a visual arts school. There are also several other daycare centers and another elementary school in the area.

Vantaa Kivistö’s new local service center Kivis can be found along Hämeenlinnanväylä, at the connection between Kivistö train station and bus terminal.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
