A magnificent two-level townhouse apartment in the peaceful nature of Naantali’s Luonnonmaa.

At the highest point of the Lounatuuli housing fair area in Naantali, there is a beautiful terraced house complex with 21 apartments. The apartments are 66 m² triangles, 95 m² four-room apartments and 119 m² five-room apartments. The apartments are on two levels and have high two-story living rooms. Some of the apartments have their own sauna.

The rocky and pine-forested plot offers magnificent views in all directions. The current archipelago nature has been preserved and left in its natural state wherever possible.

The company, which is largely energy self-sufficient, uses geothermal heating as its heating method. The houses have an underfloor heating system, and each apartment also has a cooling device in the living room. Solar panels are installed on the roofs of the houses, which produce electricity for the heating and ventilation systems. Surplus electricity can be stored in batteries in the technical rooms.

A special feature of the site is a courtyard sauna building equipped with a wood-burning stove. The yard has planting and growing boxes, a seating area and a play area named the children’s play forest.

The 2022 Housing Fair site is located on the magnificent island of Luonnonmaa. The housing fair area, named Lounatuule, has been completed into a marine and natural residential area, which has been built on rugged cliffs in a way that respects the nature of the archipelago. The fair area has company-style housing, holiday homes and about 20 single-family homes. Green areas have been left around the plots and the area’s energy solutions have been taken into account in many ways.

The income limits of ARA are followed in the selection of residents. The only criteria for selecting residents are the income of the applicant’s household. There is no need to determine the need or wealth for the apartment. If there are no applicants who meet the limits, an applicant who exceeds the limits may also be selected for the apartment.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
