Apartment description
The apartment has an air heat pump. In electrically heated properties, an air source heat pump can save up to 30–50% of the annual heating costs. In addition to heating, the air heat pump also works as an air conditioner. In warm weather, it can be used to cool the building’s interior air. The air source heat pump also lowers the humidity of the indoor air, which improves living comfort. The usage allowance and other usage allowances in the apartment offer are valid until the end of 2024. The user allowance, which will come into effect in January 2025, and other user allowances will be confirmed at the end of October.
Information about the property where the apartment is located
Kalkkivuorentie 40 is a right-of-occupancy site consisting of eight detached houses in Helsinki’s Heikinlaakso. All the apartments in this project, which was completed in 2002, are large, two-level apartments of over one hundred square meters.
The apartments have electric heating and a fireplace.
Heikinlaakso is an area in the Suurmetsä district in north-east Helsinki near the border with Vantaa. The nearest kindergarten is about 500 meters away and the school is about a kilometer away.
The property has direct electric heating. The resident enters into an electricity contract with the energy company of his choice and pays the heating costs according to the amount of electricity consumed. Heating costs are not included in the apartment’s usage fee.
