Kuninkaala is an area dominated by small houses in South Vantaa near the border of Helsinki. Kalkkitie has good transport connections to different parts. The Lahti fairway runs a few hundred meters away and the bus connections are excellent, for example, to the center of Helsinki. The nearest schools and kindergartens are less than a kilometer away.

The apartments have an air heat pump and a fireplace. In electrically heated properties, an air source heat pump can save up to 30–50% of the annual heating costs.
