Kalkkitie 4 is a two-family house right-of-occupancy project in Vantaa, Kuninkaala. The project was completed in August 1999.

Kuninkaala is an area in South Vantaa, close to the Helsinki border, with a large number of single-family houses. Kalkkitie has good transport connections to various places. The Lahti highway is a few hundred meters away and there are excellent bus connections to, among other places, the city center of Helsinki. The nearest schools and daycare centers are less than a kilometer away.

The apartments have an air-source heat pump and fireplace backup. In electrically heated projects, an air-source heat pump can save up to 30–50% of annual heating costs. In addition to heating, an air-source heat pump also functions as an air conditioner. In warm weather, it can be used to cool the indoor air of the building. The air-source heat pump also reduces the humidity of the indoor air, which improves living comfort.

The project has direct electric heating. The resident signs an electricity contract with the energy company of his choice and pays the costs of heating according to the amount of electricity consumed. Heating costs are not included in the apartment’s usage fee.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
