Information about the property where the apartment is located
At the highest point of Naantali’s Lounatuuli housing fair area, there is a fine 21-apartment townhouse complex. The apartments are 66 m² triangles, 95 m² four-room apartments and 119 m² five-room apartments. The apartments are on two levels and have high living rooms on two floors. Some of the apartments have their own sauna.
The rocky and pine-forested plot offers wonderful views in all directions. The current archipelago nature has been spared and left in its natural state wherever possible.
The largely energy self-sufficient company’s heating method is geothermal heat. The houses have a floor heating system, and the living room of each apartment also has a cooling device. Solar panels are installed on the roofs of the houses, which generate electricity for use in the heating and ventilation systems. Surplus electricity can be stored in batteries in technical facilities.
The property’s specialty is a courtyard sauna building equipped with a wood stove. The yard has planting and cultivation boxes, a sitting area and a play area designated as a children’s play forest.
The 2022 Housing Fair destination is located on the wonderful island of Luonnonmaa. The housing fair area named Lounatuule has been completed into a maritime and nature-like residential area, which has been built respecting the nature of the archipelago on top of the rugged rocks. The exhibition area has corporate housing, leisure apartments and about 20 small houses. Green areas have been left around the plots and the area’s energy solutions have been taken into account in many ways.

The ARA’s income limits are followed in the selection of residents. The resident selection criteria are only the applicant’s income. There is no need to find out the need for an apartment or wealth. If there are no applicants who meet the limits, an applicant who crosses the limits can also be selected for the apartment.
