Lintulammentie 15 B is a rental property for seniors located in Höhtyä. The popular residential area of Karjasilla is located just a couple of kilometers from the services of the city center. All everyday services and hobby opportunities can be found within a short walking or cycling distance, and you can quickly get to different parts of Oulu with your own car. The nearest grocery store is right next door to Lintulammentie 15.
In the basement of the property, there are apartment-specific movable storage, a laundry room with drying rooms, a sauna section, and storage for outdoor equipment. There are also covered bicycle spaces in the yard. The parking spaces are located in the underground parking garage, where there is a direct and barrier-free connection from both stairwells.
