Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease agreement with one month’s notice. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment at the end of the two-year fixed-term lease agreement, the lease agreement can be extended. The rent for the apartment in 2026 is €1,090.00, and we also charge a security deposit of two months’ rent. We accept Kela payment commitments for the Aso rent.

The apartment building, completed in 2002, is located along the transport links in the coastal scenery of Pyhäjärvi. In the immediate vicinity of the object, e.g. elementary school, kindergarten and spa. There is also a middle school nearby. The versatile services of the Vihola shopping center are within walking distance. Excellent jogging terrains in the area.
The apartment-specific warm movable storage and drying room are located on the ground floor of the building, and the outdoor equipment storage is in the utility building.
