A spacious and bright home on the 4th/5th floor in a quiet area. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is located in its own quiet area, separate from the other bedrooms, and has a large walk-in closet. The living room and kitchen form a spacious, unified space. The south-facing balcony is accessible from the living room. The apartment is vacant and reception is by agreement.
This right-of-occupancy apartment has a rental optionwhen there are no right-of-occupancy applicants. If you rent this right-of-occupancy apartment,
the rental agreement can be made for a fixed term of up to two years.
Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate
the rental agreement with one month’s notice. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment when the two-year fixed-term lease ends, the lease can be extended. The rent for the apartment in 2026 is €1,090.00, and we also charge a deposit of two months’ rent. For Aso rent, we accept payment commitments from Kela. You can apply for a rental at www.ta.fi.
The apartment building, completed in 2002, is located along the transport links in the coastal scenery of Pyhäjärvi. In the immediate vicinity of the object, e.g. elementary school, kindergarten and spa. There is also a middle school nearby. The versatile services of the Vihola shopping center are within walking distance. Excellent jogging terrains in the area.
The apartment-specific warm movable storage and drying room are located on the ground floor of the building, and the outdoor equipment storage is in the utility building.
