Iirislahti is located just 1.5 kilometers from the Iso Omena shopping center and the Matinkylä metro station. The Iso Omena shopping center has large supermarkets, many specialty stores, a wide range of restaurants, a cinema, a library, a maternity hospital, a post office, several banks and basically all the necessary services. The nearest store is less than a kilometer away.

You can walk safely to the Matinlahti school in five minutes without crossing major roads. There are several daycare centers nearby. The Swedish-language school, which also has an upper secondary school, is less than a kilometer away.

Iirislahti is a dream suburb for a mobile family. The houses are located right next to the Matinkylä sports park. Within a radius of less than half a kilometer, you can find an ice rink, tennis courts, a fitness center, a football pitch and basketball courts. The dog park is a few minutes’ walk away.

Espoo’s magnificent Rantaraitti practically starts in your own backyard, so there are kilometers of walking and cycling trails. It’s easy to stop by the beach cafes to admire the sea while you’re walking. The archipelago boats leave from nearby Nokkalanniemi, so hiking in the archipelago couldn’t be easier. You can even get a mooring for your own boat near your home.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
