Nuottaniementie 25 is a nine-house right-of-occupancy project in Sepetlahti, Espoo.

The project has Elisa real estate broadband, the basic speed of which is 50 Mbit/s, included in the usage fee.

Parking spaces can be reserved subject to availability.

The project’s comfortable houses are located in a quiet location near the sea. There are several Finnish- and Swedish-speaking schools and daycare centers nearby, as well as good public transport connections to, among others, Helsinki, Tapiola and the Iso Omena shopping center. The nearest grocery store is less than 700 meters away, and the services of the Iso Omena shopping center are less than two kilometers away. The area has excellent outdoor recreation and sports opportunities.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in the common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new occupancy agreements made since 2019 and lease agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the non-smoking condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
