A 27-apartment residential building completed in 2018 in the renewed residential area of Haukiluoma in Tampere. The four-story apartment building with an elevator has apartments from compact two-bedrooms to more spacious three-bedrooms. The apartments are 45.5 – 71 m² in size. The apartments have tiled washrooms and laminate floors, as well as their own saunas and glazed balconies. The balconies of most apartments face north, and the balconies of the two-room apartments face both north and south. The windows of the apartments have blinds.
