The apartments have tiled bathrooms and laminate floors, as well as private saunas and glazed balconies. The balconies of most apartments face north, and the balconies of the two-room apartments with a living room and kitchen face both north and south. The windows of the apartments have venetian blinds. Some apartments have a walk-in closet for additional storage space.

The building has good common facilities. Residents have access to heated storage rooms for personal belongings, drying rooms and strollers on the first floor of the building, as well as outdoor equipment storage and laundry.

The property has a property broadband connection, the basic speed of which is 50M, which is included in the price. Speed increases are subject to a fee. The connection must be registered on the operator’s website before use.

The Haukiluoma area is known for its excellent outdoor areas. There is a local shop within a short walk and Tesoma’s diverse and developing services are approximately two kilometers away. The services of Lielahti are also only a ten-minute drive away. The nearest primary school is located in Lamminpää approximately 1.5 km away and the secondary school is in Tesoma. There are several daycare centers nearby, the closest of which is Haukiluoma’s daycare center in the immediate vicinity of the property. Haukiluoma has very good public transport connections to the city center, with stops located in the immediate vicinity of the house. Haukiluoma also has a quick connection to the Helsinki motorway via the bypass.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
