The first application period is August 7-21, 2024, after which there will be a continuous search for potentially vacant apartments. Note! when filling out the application, select the new location button and mark Vanainkatu 35 as the desired location, so that the search is targeted correctly.

Vanainkatu 35 is located in Asemanranta, next to Vanajavesi and the national urban park. 22 spacious two-room, three-room and square rooms will be completed in the five-story apartment building. The sizes of the apartments vary from 61.5-square-meter two-room apartments to 81.5-square-meter four-room apartments. On the first floor of the building there is a storage room for outdoor equipment, an equipment maintenance and multi-purpose room, as well as apartment-specific movable storage.

A cozy courtyard with a children’s play area will be built next to the apartments. There is also outdoor equipment storage and waste bins. The yard area, passageways and yard equipment are shared with the adjacent lot. Residents have reserved 5 parking spaces with electric plugs, one of which is a parking space for disabled people. Other resident parking is assigned to Hämeenlinna Parking Oy’s parking facility called Pöoli. The resident pays the operating costs directly to the parking facility.

The Asemanranta area is a combination of urban living and a green natural environment with great recreation opportunities. The popular beach route for jogging or cycling is just a few steps from the front door. A health center and convenience store are located nearby, as is the culture and congress center Verkatehdas. The daycare can be found almost next door. The railway station is a few hundred meters from our destination. Local and long-distance bus stops can be found at the train station, so transportation connections in different directions are good. The Pööli parking garage (where most of our parking spaces are located) is located just a stone’s throw away. It is a walking distance to the center.
