Vanainkatu 35 is located in Asemanranta, next to Lake Vanajavesi and the national city park. The five-story apartment building has a total of 22 apartments. Residents have access to an outdoor equipment storage room, equipment maintenance and multi-purpose room, and apartment-specific storage rooms. Water consumption is measured individually for each apartment.

Residents have 5 parking spaces with electrical outlets, one of which is for people with disabilities. Other resident parking is allocated to Hämeenlinnan Pysäköinti Oy’s Pööli parking facility. Residents pay the operating costs directly to the parking facility.

The Asemanranta area is a combination of urban living and a green natural environment with excellent recreational opportunities. The popular coastal path for jogging or cycling is just a few steps from the front door. A health center and a convenience store are located nearby, as is the Verkatehdas cultural and congress center. A daycare center is located almost next door. The train station is a few hundred meters from our property. Local and long-distance bus stops can be found at the train station, so there are good connections in different directions. The city center is within walking distance.
