Water is billed according to consumption. The advance water fee is €17/person/month.

The developing residential area of Suurpelto is conveniently located in the middle of Espoo, near Ring II. To the west of Suurpelto lies Central Park, offering excellent outdoor opportunities in forested surroundings. You can easily reach different parts of Espoo or Helsinki by car or public transport.
The family-friendly Suurpelto area has a playground, several daycare centers, and the Opinmäki Learning Center within walking distance, which includes a Finnish primary school and an international school. Opinmäki also serves as a versatile leisure center, housing youth facilities, a library, and a sports hall.
Suurpelto also has its own shopping center. The area is a short drive to the shops and services of Matinkylä’s Iso Omena and Tapiola.
