New right-of-occupancy apartments are coming to the new residential area of Hiidensalmi in Lohja, estimated to be completed in autumn 09/2025.
A 5-story residential building with 32 apartments will be built at Sahapiha 8. Some apartments will offer lake views of Lake Lohja.

3 rooms + kitchen, 66.0–74.5 m², 9 units
4 rooms + kitchen, 84.5 m², 5 units
The Hiidensalmi area has good transport connections. It takes about 30–45 minutes to drive to the Helsinki metropolitan area, 45 minutes to Salo, and just over an hour to Turku. There are also good transport links to Lohja’s town center and its services, located about 2 kilometers away.
The Sahapiha neighborhood is part of the 2021 housing fair area, meaning the surrounding environment is modern and stylish. The area offers diverse living options with an environmentally friendly theme. Nearby, there is a grocery store, a service home, and a daycare center.
Hiidensalmi is a peaceful and serene area. Lake Lohja, the largest lake in Uusimaa, offers various opportunities for activities in the lake nature, as well as fishing and boating. You can access the water from the Hiidensalmi boat dock within walking distance. The nearby area also features a beach, beautiful jogging trails, the Sports Center Tennari with tennis courts, and the Tytyri Experience Mine.
