Asunto Oy Naantalin Estelle is being planned to complement the neighboring Asunto Oy Naantalin Victoria, completing the Naantali city center block.
Designed by Sigge Architects, Asunto Oy Naantalin Estelle consists of two apartment buildings, offering 40 high-quality owner-occupied apartments. The buildings will be constructed on their own lot at Tuulensuunkatu 25. The apartments will be located on four residential floors above street level.
A sheltered courtyard will be created on the second floor between the buildings, serving as a pleasant meeting place for residents. The green courtyard will feature stylish saunas with green roofs, lounges, and a club room. An underground parking garage with direct elevator access to the residential floors will also be built. The street-level commercial spaces will further enhance the diverse services available in Naantali city center.
