New rental apartments are under construction in the Etelärinne residential area of Rovaniemi. The five-story building will have a total of 46 apartments. A 20 kWp solar power plant will be installed on the roof of Willamonkuja 3, producing part of the property’s electricity. Each apartment will have a parking space in the yard, and some spaces will be suitable for charging electric cars.
Willamonkuja 3 is conveniently located near both the services of the city center and forested outdoor trails. Smaller local shops and the Eteläkeskus shopping center with its services are also within walking distance. There are good transport connections in various directions, and you can reach the city center by walking or cycling along the light traffic route, in addition to driving your own car.
