This apartment building is the first residential building to be constructed in the renewing Karakallio center. The building will be connected to a new grocery store, estimated to be completed in early spring 2025. The entire Karakallio center renewal is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
Karakallio is a pleasant and nature-friendly area with good connections to the diverse services of Leppävaara. The nearest schools and daycare centers are only a few hundred meters away. There is also a large playground and forest with nature trails nearby.
