New high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments are planned for Espoo’s Suurpelto Sepänkallio area. Three 7-story buildings will house a total of 141 apartments. The adjacent Espoo Central Park offers wonderful recreational opportunities with its jogging paths and ski trails.
