In the residential area of Hiukkavaara in Oulu, right next to the multi-purpose building, there is an apartment building project with 56 rental apartments. The project includes two five-story apartment buildings, buildings A and B. The project is a non-smoking property.

In building B, which is aimed at seniors, special attention has been paid to accessibility, such as an electric front door opening, wider staircases and a charging point for electric mopeds/wheelchairs. The apartments in building B do not have a sauna, but you can book your own sauna session in the house sauna. The apartments in building A have a sauna and are intended for all ages. There are apartments to choose from, from compact studios to four-room family apartments. There are storage rooms and drying rooms on the first floor of both buildings. The shared laundry of the buildings is located on the first floor of building B.

The multi-purpose building in the Hiukkavaara center houses a school, a daycare center, a library, a youth center and a youth center. A local shop is located 400 meters away. The scenic Hiukkavaara offers great outdoor and hiking opportunities.

You can easily get to the city center by public transport or by car. The approximately eight-kilometer distance can also be covered by bicycle.
