In the Hiukkavaara residential area of Oulu, right near the multi-purpose building, there is an apartment building site with 56 rental apartments. The site includes two five-story apartment buildings, houses A and B. The site is a smoke-free property.

In building B, which is aimed at seniors, special attention has been paid to accessibility, such as electric front door opening, wider stairwells and a charging point for electric mopeds/wheelchairs. The apartments in building B do not have a sauna, but you can book your own sauna session from the house sauna. The apartments in the A building have a sauna and are intended for people of all ages. The shared laundry of the buildings is located on the first floor of building B.
