Pyyntitie 1 B rental apartments are located in an excellent location in Matinkylä, in the immediate vicinity of the shopping center Iso Omena and Matinkylä metro station. The nine residential floors have a total of 52 apartments, which are mainly two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms. Some of the apartments have glazed balconies, some have French balconies.

The target group of the apartments are seniors over 55. Applicants belonging to the target group are primarily selected as residents, so every apartment should have at least one person over 55 years old. If there are no applicants belonging to the target group, the target group can possibly be deviated from by a special decision of the municipality.

The needs of aging people have been taken into account in the design by paying attention to accessibility. The building has a larger elevator than usual, and there is also barrier-free access to the balconies of the apartments. Residents can use the playground and recreation area of the block yard, where you can spend time and meet neighbors.

Matinkylä’s numerous services are just a short walk away, which makes everyday life easier. Available are e.g. grocery stores, specialty shops, restaurants, health services, library and cinema of the versatile shopping center Iso Omena. Espoo’s beach promenade is within walking distance, along which you can swim, jog and cycle. Matinkylä has excellent transport connections to different parts of Espoo and the capital region, both by public transport and by private car.

The apartments have neutral surface materials that serve as a good basis for a wide variety of interior design. The floors are laminate, and the bathroom has tiled walls and floors. The bathroom has a space reservation for a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a sink cabinet and a laundry cabinet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

The apartments do not have their own saunas, but there is a cozy in-house sauna on the 10th floor of the building, which is connected to a glazed terrace. Residents also use e.g. laundry room and drying room as well as outdoor equipment storage and apartment-specific movable storage. 30 parking spaces are reserved for the cars of the residents of Pyyntitie 1 B in the block’s common garage. There are two business premises on the first floor of the building.

Pyyntitie 1 B is a non-smoking property. Non-smoking means that smoking inside the property, on its balconies, terraces and courtyards is prohibited, with the exception of a possible separately marked smoking area.

Tupakointi on kiellettyä kaikissa asunnoissamme ja talojen yhteisissä tiloissa kuten rappukäytävissä sekä sauna- ja varastotiloissa.

Osa kiinteistöistämme on kokonaan savuttomia. Savuttomuus tarkoittaa sitä, että tupakointi on kiellettyä kiinteistössä, sen asunnoissa, parvekkeilla, piha-alueilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa.
