New right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in the center of Lieto. Simpukkatie 17 high-rise apartments have a diverse range of apartments and different apartment sizes are widely available. The apartment sizes vary from functional 36 m² studios to spacious 81.5 m² four-room apartments. Smaller studios and two-room apartments do not have a sauna, others have their own sauna. All apartments have a balcony. The apartments have laminate floors and the walls and floors of the washrooms are tiled.

The usage fee includes 50M broadband. Water consumption is measured per apartment.

In the vicinity of the center, all important daily services, such as a health center, a grocery store and a bank, are right around the corner. There are also several kindergartens and schools offering basic education and a high school within a radius of about two kilometers. Simpukkatie 17 has been awarded the official environmental label of the Nordic countries, the Swan label. The mark promotes sustainable development and the products and services awarded the mark meet comprehensive environmental requirements based on life cycle thinking.

The contract price of Simpukkatie 17 is tied to changes in the construction cost index. The contract price and the right-of-occupancy fees paid by the residents may either increase or decrease as a result of the changes. The right-of-occupancy fee is 15% of the purchase price of the apartment, and if the purchase price changes, the original right-of-occupancy fee paid by the resident during construction also changes. After the object is completed, the cost changes during construction are calculated and the amount of the change in the occupancy right fee is notified in writing to the occupancy right holder. A possible increase in the housing right fee should already be taken into account in the bank’s loan negotiations.
