Each apartment has its own glazed balcony and a spacious separate hallway. In these apartments without a sauna, the square footage has been taken entirely for residential use.

The apartments are heated using a water-circulating underfloor heating system, so there are no radiators under the windows. This means that the entire apartment can be freely decorated.

The apartments are located from the second floor upwards. On the ground floor there are two commercial spaces, a waste room, outdoor equipment storage rooms and apartment-specific movable storage rooms.

Residents of the tenancy rights building have access to a green and lush private yard on the roof of the first floor, which is accessible from the stairwell.
