Pikisaarenkuja 3, a residential building with 47 apartments completed in the desired area of the fortress in October 2021. The site consists of two five-story apartment buildings. Apartments can be found from compact studios with and without saunas to two-room and three-room apartments, as well as four-room family apartments. All apartments, except studios, have a glazed balcony. Some of the two-rooms and three-rooms have a spacious wardrobe next to the bedroom.
