Porekatu 6 is located in Kerttula, Raisio, near the intersection of Highway 8 and Kustavintie. There is a small grocery store and health center in the vicinity, as well as a kindergarten and Kerttula elementary school. The services of Raisio city center are about 2.5 km away and there is a convenient light traffic route through Raisio Central Park. It takes five minutes by car to Raisio Mylly, the largest shopping center in Southwest Finland. Commuting to Turku or Helsinki is easy along Highway 8, and Turku city center is about a 15-minute drive away.

Outdoor exercise opportunities, fitness trails and nature trails can be found for independent exercisers almost from your doorstep. Kerttula sports center is located a 15-minute walk from the Porekatu apartments, and the Ulpukka swimming center is within a quarter of a mile.

The apartments have laminate floors in the living areas and tiled floors in the bathroom with electric underfloor heating, so-called comfort heating, the electricity of which is metered in the property.

Additional comfort is also provided by the private balcony in all apartments, as well as a sauna, the warmth of which you can enjoy whenever you want.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
