A new right-of-occupancy property next to Hervanta’s services

The new right-of-occupancy apartment building at Aasianpiha 3 was completed in June 2025 in the heart of Hervanta. The building has 32 apartments, ranging from two-room apartments to spacious family apartments (1-5/6 floors).

The apartments have elegant and timeless material choices, such as laminate floors, tiled bathrooms with underfloor heating, laminate worktops in the kitchens and venetian blinds in the windows.
