New rental apartments have been completed in the new Postipuisto area of North Pasila in 3/2024. A total of 61 rental apartments were completed on seven floors at Rullakkotori 1, next to Rullakkotori. There are options for different living situations: studios, two-room apartments, three-room apartments and four-room apartments. The sizes of the apartments vary between 30 and 79.5 square meters. Each apartment will also have its own storage room. The parking spaces to be built for residents will be located in a separate parking garage. The Postipuisto residential area will be built next to good transport connections and Helsinki Central Park.
