A bright and functional two-room apartment in a building completed in 2023, right near the travel center and the city center. A private sauna and a glazed balcony bring comfort to everyday life, and all services and excellent transport connections are within walking distance. There are also diverse outdoor and sports opportunities nearby, as well as good communal facilities in the building.

Jaksonkatu 1 and 7 consist of two buildings with a total of 109 apartments. Jaksonkatu 1 has 62 apartments and Jaksonkatu 7 has 47.
