A lovely corner apartment on the second floor

The layout of this compact apartment is a little different, more personal.

You can enjoy the warmth of your own sauna whenever you want. Balcony glass blinds have been installed on the balcony windows as a modification in spring 2024.

The usage fee and other usage compensations are valid until the end of 2026. The prices that will come into effect in January 2027 will be confirmed at the end of October 2026.

Likusterikatu 3 is a right-of-occupancy project in Espoo’s Suurpelto, near the Opinmäki School Center, completed in early 2024. There are a total of 88 comfortable right-of-occupancy apartments in three apartment buildings.

Under the courtyard, there are parking spaces (from €40/month) for 66 cars, and in addition there are 9 parking spaces in the yard (from €20.50/month). The selection of apartments is diverse: the buildings have studios, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four- and five-room apartments of various sizes. Residents have access to versatile common areas such as two sauna sections, a residents’ area, and a laundry and drying rooms. Storage space is available in outdoor equipment and stroller storage rooms, as well as in apartment-specific storage rooms.

The property has Elisa’s property broadband, with a basic speed of 50 Mbit/s included in the price.

The developing Suurpelto residential area is conveniently located in the middle of Espoo, near Ring Road II. To the west of Suurpelto is Keskuspuisto, whose forest landscapes offer excellent outdoor activities. You can reach different parts of Espoo or Helsinki by car or public transport.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
