Lintulammentie 15 B is a rental property for seniors located in Höyhtyä. The popular Karjasilla residential area is located just a couple of kilometers from the city center’s services. All everyday services and recreational opportunities can be found within a short walking or cycling distance, and you can quickly reach different parts of Oulu by car. The nearest grocery store is right next door to Lintulammentie 15.

The basement floor of the property contains apartment-specific storage rooms, a laundry room with drying room, a sauna section and outdoor equipment storage. There are also covered bicycle spaces in the yard. The parking spaces are located in an underground parking garage, which has direct and barrier-free access from both stairwells. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
