The nearest grocery store is right next door to Lintulammentie 15.
The basement floor of the property contains apartment-specific storage rooms, a laundry room with drying room, a sauna section and outdoor equipment storage. There are also covered bicycle spaces in the yard. The parking spaces are located in an underground parking garage, which has direct and barrier-free access from both stairwells.
