A short walk away is the Aurinkokivi service center, which has a primary and secondary school, a daycare center, a maternity hospital, a music college, and a school of fine arts. There are also several other daycare centers and another primary school in the area. The new local service center Kivis in Kivistö, Vantaa, can be found along the Hämeenlinnanväylä highway, near the Kivistö train station and bus terminal.

There are also green areas and forested walking trails nearby. The area also has playgrounds and dog parks, local exercise areas and outdoor gyms.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
