The building’s 16 parking spaces will be located in the block’s shared parking garage. A parking space in the parking garage costs 55 euros/month.

The sizes of the apartments vary from a 35-square-meter studio to an 80-square-meter four-room apartment. The ground floor has a comfortable indoor sauna and a club room. Your own weekly sauna session costs only 15 euros/month.

The apartment building is the first residential building to be built in the renewed center of Karakallio. The house connects to a new grocery store. The renewed center of Karakallio will be fully completed by the end of 2026.

Karakallio is a cozy and close to nature area, which is a short distance away and has good connections, e.g. For Leppävaara’s versatile services. The nearest schools and kindergartens are only a few hundred meters away. There is also a large playground and a forest with nature trails nearby.

Tupakointi on kiellettyä kaikissa asunnoissamme ja talojen yhteisissä tiloissa kuten rappukäytävissä sekä sauna- ja varastotiloissa.

Vuodesta 2019 lähtien tehdyissä uusissa asumisoikeussopimuksissa ja vuodesta 2020 tehdyissä vuokrasopimuksissa asukas on sitoutunut olemaan tupakoimatta kiinteistön alueella mahdollista erikseen osoitettua tupakointipaikkaa lukuun ottamatta. Uudiskohteissa savuttomuusehto on otettu käyttöön jo aiemmin.

Osa kiinteistöistämme on kokonaan savuttomia. Savuttomuus tarkoittaa sitä, että tupakointi on kiellettyä kiinteistössä, sen asunnoissa, parvekkeilla, piha-alueilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa.
