Pigmenttasku 5 and 7 is a cozy apartment building project with 88 apartments completed in autumn 2025 in the new residential area of Pukkila in Pitkämäki, Turku.

The distribution of apartments is diverse and serves a wide customer base, including different apartment types: studios (35.0 m²), two-room apartments (40.5 m² – 54.5 m²), three-room apartments (55.0 m² – 71.0 m²) and four-room apartments (82.0 m²).

The project offers modern and comfortable homes. The apartments have light-colored laminate floors and the walls are painted white. The bathrooms are tiled with fresh tile choices. The cozy and spacious kitchens are equipped with white laminate-surfaced furniture, a fridge-freezer, a built-in oven, a ceramic hob and space for a dishwasher. The 4h+kt apartments include two fridge-freezers. Each apartment has its own glazed or French balcony, which brings additional space and light.

The apartments’ ventilation is apartment-specific and equipped with heat recovery, which ensures energy-efficient ventilation. The apartments are heated with water-circulating radiator heating. Water consumption is measured individually for each apartment.

There are two house saunas for shared use by residents. Residents also have the opportunity to conveniently reserve a shared car for their use! Parking spaces with heating plugs can be reserved in the garage under the courtyard deck, where there are also eight electric car charging points. The price of a garage space is €35/month. Children will have their own cozy play area in the yard. The property is non-smoking.

Pigmenttasku is located in Pukkila, a new residential area in Pitkämäki, which combines the best of being close to nature and urban living. The increase in value-added tax from 24% to 25.5% may increase the construction costs and occupancy fees of the property by approximately 1.5%. Any increase in occupancy fees will be invoiced to residents after the property is completed, after Varke has confirmed the new occupancy fees for the property.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
