A new, comfortable right-of-occupancy project offers modern and comfortable homes

A 88-apartment apartment building project completed in autumn 2025, located in Pitkämäki, Turku, in the new residential area of Pukkila. The distribution of apartments is diverse and serves a wide range of customers, including different apartment types: studios (35.0 m²), two-bedroom apartments (40.5 m² – 54.5 m²), three-bedroom apartments (55.0 m² – 71.0 m²) and four-bedroom apartments (82.0 m²).

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
