New rental apartments are under construction next to versatile services in Oulu’s Limingantulli. A five-story apartment building will be built at Rautionkatu 14, with a total of 45 apartments. The smallest two-room apartments are 36.5 square meters in size, and the largest three-room family apartments are 73.5 square meters in size.

The apartments will be completed on February 28, 2025. The first application period is 20 November to 4 December 2024.

Each apartment has glazed balconies, which brings additional space and light into the apartment. The windows have blinds. The neutral surface materials of the apartments allow for a unique interior design. The floors of the apartments are laminate and the walls are painted. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic floor stove. Two-room apartments have an ice-freezer, larger apartments have a separate refrigerator and freezer. The floors in the washroom, sauna and toilets are tiled. The washrooms have a space reservation for a washing machine and a tumble dryer. All three-room apartments have their own sauna.

The property’s drying room, club and craft room, and outdoor and sports equipment storage are located on the basement floor. In addition, the movable warehouses are mainly located in the basement of the building, excluding the warehouses of apartments C1-C11, which are located in the basement of As Oy Oulu Figaro. On the first floor of Figaro, you can also find the sauna facilities shared by both buildings.

There is a waste and bicycle storage room and a bicycle shed in the common yard area. Limingantulli is located approximately 1.5 kilometers south of the center of Oulu. Transportation connections from the area are smooth both with your own car and with public transportation. You can drive to the center of Oulu in about six minutes. Near the apartments, you can also find excellent hobby opportunities, from a sports center, to a football and bowling alley, as well as ski trails. Limingantulli also has a diverse cultural offer. The nearest grocery store is about a hundred meters away.

It is an arava and interest base site, and in the selection of residents we follow the resident selection criteria set by the Government. Getting an apartment is affected by e.g. housing needs, wealth and income of the applicant community. There are asset limits for apartments.

Tupakointi on kiellettyä kaikissa asunnoissamme ja talojen yhteisissä tiloissa kuten rappukäytävissä sekä sauna- ja varastotiloissa.

Vuodesta 2019 lähtien tehdyissä uusissa asumisoikeussopimuksissa ja vuodesta 2020 tehdyissä vuokrasopimuksissa asukas on sitoutunut olemaan tupakoimatta kiinteistön alueella mahdollista erikseen osoitettua tupakointipaikkaa lukuun ottamatta. Uudiskohteissa savuttomuusehto on otettu käyttöön jo aiemmin.

Osa kiinteistöistämme on kokonaan savuttomia. Savuttomuus tarkoittaa sitä, että tupakointi on kiellettyä kiinteistössä, sen asunnoissa, parvekkeilla, piha-alueilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa.

Järjestämme jonkin verran myös yleisiä näyttöjä vapaissa asunnoissamme. Uudiskohteissa ei valitettavasti voi järjestää vastaavanlaisesti näyttöjä kuin jo valmistuneissa kohteissa.
