The right-of-occupancy apartments at Neulaniementie 8 are located in the developing residential area of Savilahti. Neulaniementie 8 consists of a seven-story apartment building and a carport located in the basement of the building. Each apartment has a balcony, providing additional space and light. The apartments have water-circulating radiator heating and an apartment-specific supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery. The property has district heating. Good local services and outdoor activities nearby Savilahti is about 4 kilometers from the center of Kuopio. The large Neulamäki recreation area is right next door, offering many different outdoor activities and nature trails. The shores of Kallavesi are also within walking distance. The nearest grocery store is just over a kilometer away. Savilahti’s services are within walking distance. The area includes, among others: A large grocery store with restaurant, bank and pharmacy services. Sports and veterinary services can also be found nearby. The Savilahti area is home to several educational institutions and a university area, and the university hospital is also located nearby.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
