New high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments are under construction in Raisio Ihala, with an estimated completion date of 30 October 2026. Rahikuja 1 consists of two energy-efficient apartment buildings, which will house a total of 50 right-of-occupancy apartments. The comprehensive selection of apartments offers a choice of two-room apartments to four-room apartments.

Most apartments have glazed balconies. The first-floor apartments have a wooden terrace and one apartment size has French balconies. The apartments will have light-colored laminate floors and painted walls. The washrooms will be tiled with modern tile options. The kitchens come standard with a ceramic stove and a fridge-freezer. The washrooms have mirror and sink cabinets.

Residents can reserve plug points in the yard. Children will have their own play area in the yard. The site has a common outdoor equipment storage area and apartment-specific movable storage areas.

Rahikuja 1 will be a smoke-free site. Water consumption will be measured individually for each apartment.

The site has been granted green financing from Municipality Finance. Green financing is granted for investment projects that create clear and measurable beneficial effects for the climate and the environment.

Good location in the quiet Ihala area, next to services

Raisio Ihala is located along good transport connections, a few kilometers from the center of Raisio. Within walking distance you will find a local shop, a daycare center, schools and a sports field, which is especially actively used by football teams. The journey of just over six kilometers to the center of Turku can be easily done along the main roads, and Turku’s public transport Föli offers a convenient alternative to your own car. Southwest Finland’s largest shopping center, Mylly, is also located just a few kilometers away and has good bus connections.

The increase in value-added tax from 24% to 25.5% may increase the construction costs and occupancy rights of the property by approximately 1.5%. Any increase in occupancy rights will be invoiced to the residents after the property is completed, after Varke has confirmed the new occupancy rights for the property.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

You will receive an apartment offer as soon as we can offer an apartment that meets your wishes. If you have any questions, please contact the sales representative of the apartment or property.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
