The rental price is €940 / month, security deposit €1880. This right-of-occupancy apartment has the possibility of renting when there are no right-of-occupancy applicants. If you rent this right-of-occupancy apartment, the rental agreement can be made for a fixed term for a maximum of two years. Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the rental agreement with a three-month notice period. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment at the end of the two-year fixed-term lease, the lease can be extended.

The property has direct electric heating. The tenant signs an electricity contract with the energy company of their choice and pays the costs of heating according to the amount of electricity consumed. The costs of heating are not included in the apartment’s operating fee.

The apartments have an air-source heat pump and a fireplace reserve. In electrically heated properties, an air-source heat pump can save up to 30–50% of annual heating costs. In addition to heating, the air-source heat pump also functions as an air conditioner. In warm weather, it can be used to cool the indoor air of the building. The air-source heat pump also reduces the humidity of the indoor air, which improves living comfort.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
