Limingantulli offers a two-room apartment with a spacious living room and a separate kitchenette. The living room has access to a private, glazed west-facing balcony. All windows in the apartment face west. The apartment has its own sauna. Note: the pictures are of a similar apartment. A garage space is 50 €/month/each.
Housing applications must be submitted via the ta.fi website, we only offer apartments to those who have submitted an application. The apartment viewing will only be agreed upon in connection with a possible housing offer.
Limingantulli Valjaspuisto and the surrounding area, which was formerly used for industrial and commercial buildings, are undergoing a transformation and are being developed into a new residential area. The area offers a variety of services and the services of the city centre are only a kilometer away. The location of the site is also excellent for recreation. There is a large park area with outdoor trails next to it.
The building has 6 residential floors and a basement. On the street level there are 2 commercial premises, an outdoor equipment storage area and 4 apartments on the courtyard side. On the basement floor there is a drying room and the site’s civil defense shelter. The apartment-specific storage rooms are located in the civil defense shelter. The apartments in the site are studios, two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom apartments, with an area of 30.5-69 m².
All apartments have glazed balconies and blinds on the windows. The interior walls of the apartments are painted, the floors are light laminate. The bathrooms have grey wet room plastic carpet as the floor material and the walls are tiled with large white tiles. The studios (30.5 m²) do not have a sauna. All other apartments have their own sauna. The heating system is district heating. The apartments have water-circulating radiators and in wet rooms, water-circulating floor heating. The ventilation is centralised. The apartments have water meters and the water bill is settled annually according to actual consumption.
The house has cable TV. Internet access 50 MB is included in the rent. Parking spaces are underground in the shared garage on the plot. The garage can be conveniently accessed from the residential floors by elevator. There is a bicycle shed between the houses.
This is an Arava and interest subsidy project, and when selecting tenants, we follow the tenant selection criteria set by the Government. The applicant’s housing needs, assets and income are among the factors that affect the selection of an apartment.
