Rosalankuja 6 is a residential right-of-way project completed in September 2016 in Borgströminmäki, Kruunuvuorenranta, Helsinki. The area has 6 km of coastline, three nature reserves and several nature trails. The distance from Rosalankuja to the seaside is about 500 meters and the distance from Laajasalo Saari shopping center is about a kilometer. Laajasalo offers all basic services, including schools and daycare centers. Kruunuvuorenranta is also planning its own comprehensive school, daycare centers and grocery stores. Kruunuvuorenranta is about 10 km from the city center via Herttoniemi. Buses run several times an hour from Kruunuvuorenranta to Herttoniemi metro station, which provides convenient and fast access to the city center. A very popular ferry connects directly to Katajanokka throughout the year until the trams run, after which you can take a tram across the sea to Hakaniemi. The magnificent Kruunuvuori bridge has already been opened to cyclists and pedestrians, and the tram will also start running early on November 7, 2026.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
