Toppilansalmi Satamatie 37 has a total of 66 comfortable rental apartments. There are housing options for singles, couples and larger families. The smallest apartment is 31.5 m² in size and the largest is 90.0 m².

The maritime environment has wonderful outdoor activities and good basic services. In the area of Toppila, there are e.g. grocery stores, kindergarten, schools, youth center and various hobby opportunities. The services of Hietasaari are also nearby. In the area, special attention has been paid to light traffic routes. The approximately 3.5 kilometer distance to the center is a quick bike ride in beautiful scenery, and the university and university of applied sciences are also within cycling distance.

Satamatie 37 comprises two 5-6-storey apartment buildings. The basement floor of the A-staircase has apartment-specific movable storage, a house laundry, a drying room and a house sauna. The common basement floor of stairs B and C has apartment-specific movable storage, a drying room and a club room. The apartments have water meters and the water billing is adjusted annually according to actual consumption.

The property has cable TV and the apartments are equipped with door phones. The windows have blinds.
